Builders in Cambourne
Cambourne is our home. We’re the building and bricklaying firm actually based in the town, not travelling in from Cambridge for the day. From Great and Lower Cambourne to Upper and West Cambourne, we know the estate house types and the way these homes are built, because we’re working on them every week.
Building & bricklaying in Cambourne
Cambourne’s first homes went up from the late 1990s, and the earliest are now more than twenty years old, which is the point at which a growing family starts to feel the squeeze of a standard developer layout. Extensions, garage conversions, reconfigured kitchens and garden walls are the bread and butter of what we do here.
As the town keeps growing at Cambourne West, we also supply subcontract brickwork gangs to the developers building it, so whether you’re a homeowner wanting more space or a contractor needing a reliable brickwork package, we’re right on the doorstep.

Common questions
- Are you actually based in Cambourne?
- Yes. We’re a Cambourne firm, not a Cambridge outfit travelling in for the day, so we’re quick to visit, quick to start and easy to reach if you need us after the job’s done.
- Which parts of Cambourne do you cover?
- All of it: Great, Lower, Upper and West Cambourne, plus the surrounding villages. Most of our work is within twenty minutes of home.
- Do you take on small jobs as well as extensions?
- We do. Garden walls, porches, repointing and repairs are just as welcome as full extensions and new builds. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll give you an honest steer.
