Whole-house renovations
Reconfiguring, extending and modernising a tired house into the home you want: structural changes, new layouts and a proper finish. We’re equally at home on the older properties in the surrounding villages as on Cambourne’s newer stock.
How are new builds and renovations priced?
Every project is different, so these are quoted individually after we understand the plot or property, the drawings and the specification. We give you a detailed, itemised written quotation and a programme before any work starts.
Common questions
- Do you work from architect’s drawings?
- Yes. Bring us your drawings and we’ll price and build from them. If you’re at an earlier stage, we can point you to architects and structural engineers we work with locally.
- Can you manage the whole project?
- Yes. We act as your single point of contact and manage the trades and the programme from groundworks to handover, so you’re not co-ordinating it yourself.
